This large mule deer buck was harvested in southern NM. Tanned the old school way with brain matter and wood smoke. Smoked with Cottonwood. This is about as thick as deer hides come. Soft enough for fine crafting, thick enough to cut water drum rounds from. Price is partially reduced due to a few small holes on the left rump.
