This scrap piece of hide is definitely a little wonky — it is functionally tanned buckskin and very thick but the hide doesn’t have much stretch/bounce to it. This piece is however thick and tough. While not the softest piece of buckskin in the world, it could be ideal material for moccasin soles or other unique crafts.
