This mule deer buck was harvested in southern NM. Tanned the old school way with brain matter and wood smoke. Smoked with Cedar and Cottonwood.
This is a nicely shaped hide with minimal holes on the thicker side. Still very soft — easily passes a size ten beading needle. Ideal material for crafting or cutting water drum rounds.
