This whitetail deer was harvested in west Texas. Tanned the old school way with brain matter and elbow grease.
Ears, arms, and back legs are still attached. Unfortunately, the butcher cut off the tail during skinning. Nice shaped hide with minimal holes. Left un-smoked for the white coloration.
